Do my customers need an app?
No. The card opens in their phone's browser. On iPhone they add it to the Home Screen with two taps, so it sits next to their apps.
How do the nearby offers work?
You set a radius around each branch. When a member is inside it with their card open, the offer shows up and they get a code. Scanning your check-in QR gives them an offer every time, which is the most reliable moment.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Page + Loyalty and up. Point it at us with one DNS record and your page moves there, with HTTPS.
How do I pay?
After your free 14 days, we send you the payment details for Instapay or a bank transfer. Pay monthly, or yearly with two months free.
What happens after the trial?
If you keep it, nothing changes. If you don't, your page is paused. Your products and members are kept in case you come back.
Will you set it up for me?
